BSM Contract Agreement
In order to participate in BSM, we require students and their parent/s or legal guardian to read, initial, and sign this document, regardless of the student’s age. In particular, if a student is considered a dependent for federal or state income tax purposes or for financial aid, the parents waiver portion of this form must be signed and returned prior to participation. If the student is financially and legally independent, they should email admin@budapestsemesters.com to request an alternate
form.
