BSM Travel Form

This form is used to arrange transportation from the airport or train station in Budapest to your apartment. Please double check the accuracy of all information before submitting the form.

It is essential that you contact both the Budapest Office office@bsmath.hu and the North American Office admin@budapestsemesters.com if your plans change.

  • Please note that this is typically +1 day if you are departing from North America.

  • Please enter the name of the city you are flying directly to Budapest from. For example, if you are flying from Minneapolis to Budapest via Amsterdam, you would enter Amsterdam.
  • In case of dual citizenship/passport, please contact the BSM Office in Budapest for advice on which one should be used to enter the Schengen region.

  • Please upload a copy of your flight or train itinerary showing your arrival date and time in Budapest.
